Rachel Gerald is a personal finance manager who is dedicated to educating the masses in money management especially personal finance. A retired Master Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps as of 2017 and current co-owner of Personal Finance Change, LLC, Rachel holds a business administration degree with a concentration of finances from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Rachel overcame her own struggles with money management and has forever broken the financial generational curse within her own family.
Amongst her many accomplishments, Rachel graduated with Zero student loan debt and paid off over $179,625 of consumer debt as of March 13, 2015 just before retiring from the Military. Since then she has set new financial milestones for herself which will soon be accomplished. With this acquired knowledge in personal financial management and goal setting, Rachel aspires to educate and empower others to reach their financial goals.
Besides being a full-time and loving wife, mother and grandmother, Rachel is actively involved in her community as a Board Member for two local nonprofits and is an itinerant speaker at municipal financial functions within her residing city of Jacksonville, NC.
